So we create a space where employees can develop both professionally and as human beings, because it enriches us and gives us new perspectives.
So every single day our goal is that it should be fun to go to work at Datek, whether you nerd over code, solder circuit boards to a prototype or find inner peace in getting an Excel sheet to add up. The result? Satisfied employees, a great team spirit and good colleagues you can ask for advice.
